The Mill Creek Snow Removal home page, with a red plow truck in chains on a snowy road

The job

Mill Creek Snow Removal is one local operator plowing driveways, private roads, and lots around Georgetown, Dumont, and Empire, where a season brings more than a hundred inches of snow.

One person can’t plow and answer the phone at the same time, and the phone rings most when it’s snowing. Every new driveway also needs the same answers before it can be priced: is it in the service area, how long is it, how steep is it, and can the truck turn around?

What we built

Four parts, one system.

The website

A fast, hand-built site with services, pricing, and a FAQ written for mountain property owners.

An instant estimator

Customers find their driveway on a map and answer four questions. They see monthly, prepaid season, and per-push prices right away.

A dispatch board

Every request lands on a private page where the owner accepts or declines with one tap.

A plow route

Paid customers appear as stops in order, with notes and driving directions. The owner can move any stop up or down.

From snowed in to on the route

  1. A customer enters an address. If it’s outside the service area, the map shows why and nobody’s time gets wasted.
  2. Four questions about the driveway produce three real prices on the spot.
  3. The customer picks a plan and sends a request. Nothing is charged yet.
  4. The owner gets a text with a link to the request and taps accept or decline.
  5. An accepted customer gets a text with a pay link. A declined customer gets a polite answer.
  6. Payment clears through Stripe. The owner gets a text and the stop joins the route.

What still needs a person

The owner still looks at every new driveway before taking the job, and still drives the truck. The system handles everything around those two decisions.
